Email Sign Up Process

 Your email address will not be sold or forwarded to anyone other than the list owner.  By signing up, you agree to receive emails from our group. Once you are signed up, you can stop receiving emails anytime by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our newsletters.

We are using a “Confirmed Opt-in” mailing list. Therefore, signing up for our emails is a two-step process:

1. You fill in the form and submit it. That form will be received by our mail program, and an email will be sent back to you. 
2. In that return email, you will see a link that you must click in order to be added to our list. If you fail to click the link, your email address will not be added to our email list. 

Why do we use “Confirmed Opt-in”?  This offers two kinds of protection: one for you, the list subscriber, and one for our group, the email sender. By using this method, no one can add you to the list without your knowledge.  We are also protected from being reported as sending spam.
