Theatre Festival Follow-up

Theatre Kelowna's presentation of Wit, by Margaret Edson, was winner of the Best Production award at the Okanagan Zone Theatre Festival held in Oliver this May. As such, Theatre Kelowna went on to compete at the BC Mainstage Theatre Festival, where Wit won Best Production in BC, along with the following five individual awards:

Best Actor in a female role: Janet Anderson
Best Supporting Actor in a Female Role: Laura Benty
Best Supporting Actor in a Male Role: Don Plant
Best Set Design: Brian Haigh
Best Set Decorating/Properties: Noelle Jefferys & Norene Morrow

Congratulations to all involved at Theatre Kelowna!

Open Casting Call for "Knickers -- A Brief Comedy"

Open auditions will be held, looking for actors to play four leading female roles in this Canadian comedy by Sarah Quick. In addition to the lead roles, there are also a number of minor male and femal characters to be cast.
Where?

Big Blue Building at 5840 Airport Street in Oliver

When?

Thursday August 4th at 7:00 pm, and
Saturday August 6th at 2:00 pm
