Rehearsals for Bob's Your Elf are coming along splendidly. We can't find any scripts in actors' hands!
Following successful auditions on September 4 and 5, the cast for Bob's Your Elf was selected and had their first rehearsal on September 10, above, with a table reading session, with director, Denny Kaulback, pacing in the first picture and looking very pensive in the second!
The lucky cast members are:

SOAP Theatre's production of Lawrence & Holloman was recognized at the 2019 O-Zone Theatre Festival awards banquet in Salmon Arm on May 24.
The Festival staged seven different plays by Okanagan-area Community Theatre groups from Salmon arm to Princeton. Lawrence & Holloman was nominated for recognition in several categories by festival adjudicator James Fagan Tait, including Best Production, Best Actor, Best Director, Best Set Design, Best Sound Design and Best Lighting Design.
In addition, the performance was recognized for the following awards:

Outside Mullingar was SOAP Theatre's entry in the 2018 Okanagan Zone Theatre Festival in Vernon, where it received accolades in five categories:

Jim Holt's Sleeping Indoors completed its Osoyoos run on May 7 to a standing ovation and glowing praise from audience members!
